3.旅游投訴信英語(yǔ)作文
根據《旅游投訴暫行規定》規定了以下幾種時(shí)效：
一、投訴時(shí)效：向旅游投訴機關(guān)請求合法權益的投訴時(shí)效期間為60天，投訴時(shí)效從投訴者知道或應知道權利被侵害時(shí)算，有特殊情況的，旅游投訴管理機關(guān)可以延長(cháng)投訴時(shí)效期間。

五、申請復議時(shí)效：投訴者或被投訴者對旅游投訴管理機關(guān)作出的處理決定或行政處罰決定不服的，可在60日內向處理機關(guān)的上一級旅游投訴管理機關(guān)申請復議。另外，如何寫(xiě)投訴信。即：(一)被投訴事由； (二)調查核實(shí)過(guò)程； (三)基本事實(shí)與證據； (四)責任及處理意見(jiàn)。 旅游投訴管理機關(guān)應當對被投訴者的書(shū)面答復進(jìn)行復查
