中文:“書(shū)是人類(lèi)進(jìn)步的階梯”。
讀書(shū)不僅能夠使人開(kāi)闊視野,提升人的文化底蘊,而且能夠陶冶情操,使人明理,為人生導航。近年來(lái),我市把“書(shū)香校園”創(chuàng )建活動(dòng)與校園文化建設、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展、學(xué)生讀書(shū)活動(dòng)等有機結合起來(lái),取得良好成效。
開(kāi)展“書(shū)香校園”創(chuàng )建活動(dòng),不是一個(gè)單純的讀書(shū)活動(dòng),而是將其作為全面深化課程改革和推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育,培養師生的閱讀習慣與能力,構建校園理想文化生態(tài)的重要舉措。(一)加大宣傳,重塑閱讀理念。
我市教育系統在教師中積極倡導“書(shū)香為伴”的思想,通過(guò)讀書(shū)促進(jìn)教師提高業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),享受閱讀、享受教育、享受人生。在學(xué)生中努力倡導“我與好書(shū)同行”的思想,幫助學(xué)生養成良好的讀書(shū)習慣,夯實(shí)文化底蘊,為人生打好底色。
通過(guò)多種形式和渠道,大力宣傳“讀書(shū)是一種有益的生活方式”、“讀書(shū)是一種美麗的休閑”、“讓師生共沐書(shū)香”、“我讀書(shū)、我快樂(lè )、我成長(cháng)”等閱讀理念,推動(dòng)“書(shū)香校園”建設。(二)創(chuàng )設環(huán)境,營(yíng)造書(shū)香氛圍。
一是建設“書(shū)香”校園大環(huán)境。每所學(xué)校在走廊、教學(xué)樓、食堂、宿舍等顯要位置都設置催人奮進(jìn)的讀書(shū)名言和賞心悅目的書(shū)畫(huà)作品,力求做到“讓每面墻壁說(shuō)話(huà)、讓每個(gè)角落育人”。
學(xué)校建立了“文化墻”、“讀書(shū)亭”、“讀報欄”,努力營(yíng)造“書(shū)香”大環(huán)境。二是建設“書(shū)香”教室小環(huán)境。
圍繞“書(shū)香班級”建設,每個(gè)班級設立圖書(shū)角,創(chuàng )設具有各班特色的讀書(shū)口號和板報;班級布置突出讀書(shū)主題,力求讓無(wú)聲的環(huán)境能夠與學(xué)生有心靈的交流。(三)充實(shí)圖書(shū),豐富閱讀資源。
市教育局要求各地每年撥出一定的經(jīng)費用于學(xué)校圖書(shū)的購置,滿(mǎn)足師生的閱讀需要,同時(shí)加強對學(xué)校圖書(shū)室、閱覽室的管理,使圖書(shū)報刊分類(lèi)規范合理,擺放整齊美觀(guān),管理有序,方便滿(mǎn)足師生借閱。各學(xué)校還注重流動(dòng)書(shū)柜建設,讓學(xué)生能夠共同分享書(shū)籍的美妙和讀書(shū)的樂(lè )趣。
(四)納入課程,確保閱讀時(shí)間。我市多數學(xué)校堅持每天開(kāi)展不少于15分鐘的“晨讀活動(dòng)”、開(kāi)設“大閱讀課”,以此保障學(xué)生有必要的讀書(shū)時(shí)間;每周安排一節課作為閱讀指導課或讀書(shū)交流會(huì ),由語(yǔ)文教師進(jìn)行閱讀指導、答疑解惑;定期向學(xué)生推薦介紹好書(shū),引導學(xué)生開(kāi)展課外擴展性閱讀活動(dòng)。
(五)師生共讀,開(kāi)展主題讀書(shū)活動(dòng)。教師是校園閱讀的第一推動(dòng)者,是閱讀的示范者。
市教育局倡導全市教師養成“每天讀一點(diǎn)、每天摘一點(diǎn)、每天背一點(diǎn)、每天寫(xiě)一點(diǎn)、每天講一點(diǎn)”的讀書(shū)方式,帶動(dòng)指導學(xué)生閱讀,形成師生共讀氛圍,讓孩子們多一點(diǎn)書(shū)生氣,讓教師多一份書(shū)卷氣,讓校園多一些書(shū)香氣。通過(guò)開(kāi)展“一日三讀”(晨讀古詩(shī)詞、午讀經(jīng)典名著(zhù)、晚間親子共讀)等形式多樣的讀書(shū)活動(dòng),為師生創(chuàng )設了交流和展示讀書(shū)成果的渠道。
教師通過(guò)閱讀提升自己、超越自己;學(xué)生通過(guò)閱讀體驗“我讀書(shū)、我快樂(lè )、我成長(cháng)”的樂(lè )趣。(六)評比激勵,共同感受成功體驗。
為激勵各地各校更好地開(kāi)展“書(shū)香校園”創(chuàng )建活動(dòng),我市教育局每年都組織“書(shū)香校園”的評比、命名和授牌活動(dòng)。各縣(市、區)也紛紛開(kāi)展“書(shū)香校園”、“書(shū)香班級”、“書(shū)香少年”、“書(shū)香教師”以及“書(shū)香家庭”的評選活動(dòng)。
2008年以來(lái),全市共有61所學(xué)校被評為市級“書(shū)香校園”,17所學(xué)校被評為省級“書(shū)香校園”。2010年我市開(kāi)展“忠誠如山·感恩奉獻”讀書(shū)活動(dòng),樹(shù)立了10名“忠誠楷模”學(xué)生讀書(shū)先進(jìn)典型。
深入推進(jìn)創(chuàng )建“書(shū)香校園”活動(dòng)、加快建設學(xué)習型社會(huì ),是一項基礎性、長(cháng)期性的工作。我們雖然努力做了一些工作,取得了一定成效,但與上級要求以及形勢發(fā)展的需要,還存在不少差距。
我們將以這次會(huì )議為契機,認真學(xué)習借鑒兄弟市先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗,求真務(wù)實(shí),開(kāi)拓創(chuàng )新,推動(dòng)創(chuàng )建“書(shū)香校園”工作再上新臺階。英文:"The book is the ladder of human progress". The way I see it, books are really the best friend of human being.
As far as I'm concerned, I've learnt a lot by reading,
I can acknowledge the common senses, the real society we are living in, the fashion, the people and so on.
Most of all, it helps build up a wiser mind for me.
Reading now is part of my life, and I've formed a habit to annually complete reading no less than 15 books that are best-sellers of the year.
As the saying goes, live and learn. and reading can defintely help me manage that.
To be honest, I can get a big kick out of it while I come across a pleasant book, just like something tasty that does to you, it's really more of a good teacher and an old friend than just a piles of paper with printed characters on it.

Li Hua, an 18yearold girl from Class 6, Senior 3, loves reading books, such as English magazines,
newspapers and even original English novels and has made 3 copies of notes, which shows her proper
reading methods and good habits. She is always ready to help her fellow classmates to improve their
reading. Li Hua is expert at communicating and she is also a cooperative girl who is very active in all
kinds of reading activities.
